It is here in Manteigas that Quinta da Boavista is located, a magical place, where this 17,230 m2 plot stands out, consisting of two ruins set on plots of land measuring 907 m2 and 3,469 m2 respectively, making a total of 4, 376 m2 of urban land, in turn, located in an area where it is no longer possible to build, as it is outside the urban perimeter.
