É aqui em Manteigas que se localiza a Quinta do Quelhas, a sul da Quinta da Boavista, com cerca de 4.000 m2, composta por um terreno agricola com 2000 m2 e um predio urbano em ruinas com area total de 159m2 e logradouro cerca de 1900m2. A Quinta do Quelhas confina a nascente com o ribeiro, a sul com a estrada principal e a norte com o caminho privado. A Ruina mantem viva a possibilidade de uma belissima reedificação, encontra-se dentro do perimetro urbano de acordo com o PDM, pelo que pode comportar aumento do edificio. A Quinta é servida de agua por levadas do referido ribeiro.

In the heart of the Serra da Estrela, in the district of Guarda, in the municipality of Manteigas, lies a typical and charming Portuguese town - Manteigas.

Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, Manteigas is in the middle of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, the highest in mainland Portugal. It is located in the middle of the Zêzere Glacier Valley which, with its perfect U-shape, is one of the best examples in Portugal of how glaciers have shaped the landscape.

It is here in Manteigas that Quinta do Quelhas is located, to the south of Quinta da Boavista, with around 4,000 m2, comprising 2000 m2 of agricultural land and a ruined urban building with a total area of 159m2 and a patio of around 1900m2. Quinta do Quelhas borders the stream to the east, the main road to the south and the private road to the north. The ruin is still alive with the possibility of a beautiful rebuilding. It is within the urban perimeter according to the PDM, so it can be extended. The farm is served by water from the aforementioned stream.
