and holm oaks, carob and mastic trees, strawberry and olive trees. In this
Protected Landscape there are over 300 different species of plants, and in
addition to the flora, there are also more than 100 species of birds that nest
on the slopes of the valley and on the banks of the river. 

In this place we can even observe the River Guard, Bee-eater and
Bonelli's Eagle! 

The aquatic environment is also fertile in animal species, this site is
classified as the most important animal, the otter, which is rarely seen. In
the caves that decorate the site, two colonies of bats stand out and enjoy the

Protected Landscape is linked to water, namely the water mill, levadas,
