Hello, my name is João Penacho and I'm a real estate agent for RE/MAX Place Strada Portugal. Born and raised in Portugal, I live in a small village called Sapataria, in the West region. I've been practicing athletics since 2015, something that has shaped my determination and my spirit of overcoming.

In 2023, I started a degree in Accounting and Administration at university, but I realized that I didn't feel fulfilled or happy in this area. So I decided to follow a new path and on October 26, 2024, I embraced the RE/MAX Place project, with the aim of thinking outside the box and feeling good and fulfilled.

Right now I want to build my brand and make my clients my priority, giving them all the tools they need to achieve all their goals in the real estate market and in life.

I am committed to delivering 100% at every stage of the process, whether buying, selling or renting property.
