Electrical Engineer for 38 years from the University of Coimbra, Postgraduate in Management of Telecommunications Companies, from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, PhD in Hygiene, Health and Safety at Work from the University of León, with the title of TSST level 8 from ACT , Advisory member and Specialist in Security and Telecommunications Engineering by the Order of Engineers, and European Engineer by FEANI - Fédération Européenne d'Associations Nationales d'Ingénieurs.

Having dedicated 25 years of my professional life to the Electronic Industry, Telecommunications and Professional Training, I have been working for 15 years as an Electrical Engineer, Technological Consultant, Real Estate Advisor, Coordinator of Electronics and Telecommunications Courses, Trainer, University Professor and Scientific Researcher , mostly in Portugal and Angola.

I am also an Expert and Auditor of the Continuing Training Accreditation System for Engineers, Expert for ERS (Health Regulatory Entity) and Member of the Admission and Qualification Council for Electrotechnical Engineering at the Order of Engineers, Instructor of Electromechanics and Aeronautical Instrumentation, Technician Responsible for Electrical Installations and Transformer Stations, and Technical Evaluator of Electrical Technician, WorldSkills Program Trainer and Real Estate Consultant at the unique and successful RE/MAX Madis.
